Effective
Health and Safety skills and knowledge means that managers and supervisors
rely heavily upon been aware of their roles and responsibilities as set
out under legislation.
This comprehensive course aims to enable delegates to recognise safety management systems and appreciate the role of risk assessment within the system. Managing Safely comprises seven core modules and one client-specific module, which is optional.
Content Of Training

Skills-based training with practical exercises wherever possible. Audio-visual presentation equipment (overhead projector, flip chart or white board, video). Risk assessment exercises. Relevant handouts given
Course Evaluation & Certification
Formal assessment of skills as well as underpinning knowledge. Individuals are awarded the Institution of Occupational, Safety & Health Certification (IOSH) in Managing Safely upon successful completion.
Venue & Duration
Training can be carried out on site at suitable workplace location or off site. The course is normally delivered over a 4 to 5 day period.

Maximum 10 individuals per group.
