Accident Investigation - photo This course is designed to equip managers, supervisors and safety specialists with the investigation skills and techniques necessary to investigate, analyse and address issues via best options available. The course aims to enable managers, supervisors and safety specialists to comprehend the basic principles required to apply when investigating accidents or incidents via root cause techniques.

Training Resources

Classroom tuition. Case studies and practical workshop exercise. Relevant handouts given.

Course Evaluation & Certification

Individuals are required to complete a written assessment and are awarded a certificate on completion.

Venue & Duration

Training is normally conducted at the employer's premises. Training takes 3 to 4 hours per group.
