The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work Act 2005 and The Safety, Health and Welfare at Work (General Application) Regulations 2006 requires all employers and Self employed to have a written safety statement and emergency plans which are specific to the business.

Risk Assessment performed and Safety Statement compiled
Procedures developed and all associated requirements

The lack of a current safety statement can result in prosecution and been heavily fined in a court of Law.
